About Golmipop

Golmipop is a hydration tracking app that helps you log water intake, monitor daily progress, view history, build streaks, collect badges, and personalize your experience with theme colors and companion characters. You may also set a local profile photo, record a short sip pep talk, and turn on optional personalized tips. Core water logging features are available for free. Optional in-app purchases provide coins that can be used to unlock additional personalization items inside the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, or the minimum age required in your country if that age is higher. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the App
• Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's normal operation or security

Free Features and Coins

Golmipop provides free access to essential hydration tracking features, including logging intake, viewing progress, history, streaks, achievements, daily reminders, a local profile photo, a sip pep talk recording, default theme colors, and the default companion character.

Additional theme colors and companion characters may be unlocked using coins. Coins are a virtual balance stored locally on your device and spent inside the App to unlock eligible personalization items. Coins have no cash value outside the App, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money or refunds except as required by applicable law or Apple's policies.

In-App Purchases (Coin Packs)

Golmipop offers optional one-time consumable Coin Packs through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Coin Packs are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew.

The following consumable products may be available in the App:

• Ripple Pack — $0.99 — 60 coins (Product ID: vkm_1042)
• Splash Pack — $2.99 — 200 coins (Product ID: bqt_2871)
• Crest Pack — $3.99 — 280 coins (Product ID: ydr_3618)
• Promo Burst — $4.99 — 400 coins (Product ID: kpf_4927, Promo)
• Tide Pack — $6.99 — 550 coins (Product ID: jnf_5630)
• Deep Pack — $14.99 — 1300 coins (Product ID: wpx_9147)

Product names, prices, coin amounts, and availability are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region. After a successful purchase, the corresponding number of coins is added to your in-app coin balance. Because Coin Packs are consumable products, they cannot be restored after deletion of the App or loss of local data.

• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific Coin Pack or price point

Optional Device Permissions

Some features ask for device permissions. These features are optional. You can deny any of them and still use water logging and other core features of the App.

• Camera and Photos — take or choose a profile photo or a water bottle photo stored on your device
• Microphone — record a short sip pep talk stored on your device
• Notifications — schedule local hydration reminders
• Tracking — Golmipop uses tracking for optional personalized tips, analytics, and campaign attribution. Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown before tracking. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for any photo or audio you add in the App. Do not add content that you do not have the right to use.

Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Golmipop is intended for general wellness and hydration tracking only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical guidance.

Daily goals, reminders, streaks, and progress indicators are informational tools only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your hydration needs or any health-related concerns.

Your Data

App data, including hydration logs, a local profile photo, and a sip pep talk recording if you add them, is stored on your device. If you allow tracking, device identifiers and related measurement data may be shared with the partners described in our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, animations, mascot artwork, text, and software, is owned by Golmipop or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App or its content.

Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including free features, Coin Packs, coin pricing, or unlockable personalization items, without prior notice where permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golmipop and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or zero if you used only the free version of the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required to do so by law or platform policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Apple Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
